    21. Make ready 1 tomato
    22. Prepare 2-4 red/yellow pepper
    23. Take 1 egg poached
    24. Make ready 2 tbsp butter
    25. Make ready 4-5 tbsp flour/corn starch

    The traditional beverage accompanied with chelow kebab is doogh, an Iranian yogurt-based drink, sometimes made of carbonated water.
