    Instructions to make Blackberry Cobbler:

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F degrees. Grease 3 quart baking dish.
    2. In medium bowl, whisk 1 cup sugar with flour and milk. Whisk in melted butter.
    3. Rinse blackberries and pat them dry.
    4. Pour batter into greased dish. Sprinkle the blackberries evenly over the batter.
    5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of sugar over the blackberries evenly.
    6. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the top of the sugar.
    7. Bake uncovered approximately 1 hour until bubbly and edges pull away from pan. In last ten minutes of baking sprinkle last 2 tbs of sugar on top.
    8. Serve warm or cooled with ice cream/whipped cream. Tastes even better the next day!
