    Crisp cabbage salads/slaws are the best! I've always loved coleslaw, and this is basically a Thai spin on American coleslaw. Yes, it tastes entirely different but in such a good way! I'll eat just about anything when it's covered in a Thai peanut sauce.

    Instructions to make Thai Coleslaw:

    1. In a mixing bowl mix together all the Coleslaw Sauce ingredients
    2. In a large mixing bowl mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro and peanuts
    3. Add desired amount of sauce into the slaw. Make sure that you don't just dump all the sauce or else it'll be very soggy
    4. Refrigerated until cold, in our house we like to use this recipe on top of Turkey burgers

    Drizzle sauce over veggies and toss to coat evenly. It is something that you do not hear that often. I started thinking about this coleslaw when I had my mind on making Thai pla rad prik, a whole fried fish served with a great Thai sauce on top. When I had asked my wife if she wanted this great Thai sauce on top, she declined, and this is what pushed me to come up with great Thai.
