Prepare 100 gms cheese

Prepare 2-3 red chillies
Prepare 5 garlic pods
Get 1 inch ginger

Boil potatoes till tender,Combine all the ingredients in a bowl like boiled mashed potato,butter,,dhania turmeric,besan,and fried onions,season with salt and pepper,mash using a spoon until very smooth.
Now scoop out a tablespoon mashed potatoes.Place a cheese cube in a center and shape into a ball,enclosing the cheese cube in the centre.Repeat it with the remaining ingredients.
Roll the balls in a bread crumb.and deep fry the balls in a kadhai with sufficient oil and keep aside.
Next for making gravy.combine all the ingredients given,2 tomatoes chopped,ginger,garlic,onion red chillies,in a blender and blended in a fine puree.
Heat the kadhai with 2 tsp of oil in a kadhai,add bay leaf,and zeera,fry till the zeera start splutter,then add,the blended tomatoes puree in a kadhai and saute for a while.Stir for sometime, add zeera powder,garam, dhaniya, masala powder,and salt as per taste.Now add 1/2cup curd and saute with spatula for sometime till it's become soft mushy.Cover the lid and cook till the gravy is done in a medium flame meanwhile check in the middle to taste salt.and switch off the flame.
Now pour the the gravy in a plate and placed the cheese ball,in a gravy and garnish it with a fried ring onions, dhaniya leaves, and cheese.Cheese ball gravy is ready to serve.
