Let me tell you about this Sashimi Tuna Salad with Carrot Ginger Dressing. It's sort of my own version of the Yellowfin Tuna Salad at Joey's, a chain restaurant in Canada. When I was working as a construction worker in rural Manitoba a few years ago, I discovered it while on vacation in Winnipeg and needless to say I was hooked! Arrange the salad greens into the center of the dish.

Cut the tuna into thin slices. Place the tuna around the salad greens. Drizzle with a bit of the dressing and serve cold. Garnish with carrot curls, sliced green onions, white radish strings, or a bit of seaweed for an added twist. Toss the sashimi, onion, salad leaves, daikon, snow pea shoots and about half the dressing together.
