    1. Boil raw pasta according to the instructions given on the package,boil them until it become al- dante,(don't cook very soft)
    2. Transfer the pasta in large colander,drain excess water.
    3. In a pan add butter melted it on low flame, add all chopped veggies,salt mix it,cook them until they cooked but crunchy.
    4. In a same pan add butter,then chopped garlic, saute it 30 sec.add maida stir continuously cook it for 1 min.
    5. Pour 1.5 cup milk little by little by continuously stirring,with a whisk,stir it and mix for 1-2 min.
    6. Reduce flame to low, continue stirring and cooking till until mixture start thicken, after this add pizza seasoning, cream, salt, and red chilli flakes,a pinch of nutmeg, mix well,(dissolved cornflower in 2tps water add into the sauce to get fast thickness)
    7. Now add cooked pasata and veggies,mix it and cook for a min.
    8. Meanwhile Preheat the oven at180 degree, Transfer this pasta in baking tray drizzle grated mozzarella cheese,pizza seasoning,bake it 8-10 min,or till mozzarella cheese turn in golden brown.
    9. Serve this pasta with garlic brand.
