    2. Set meat aside. Sauté onions and smashed fresh garlic in same pan scraping brown bits from meat. Add butter and seasonings and after a minute add flour and stir for 2 minutes.
    3. Stir in chicken stock, paprika, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper and bring to a low boil.
    4. Peel and dice two russet potatoes. Add ground mustard, brown sugar, tomato sauce, and barbeque sauce. Toss everything in the crock pot on high for 3 hours and serve over pasta or rice. You can also put everything in a dutch oven or large pot and cook on medium for about 2 hours stirring occasionally.
