    2. Soak overnight & sprout the chickpeas by draining water & placing it on warm place.
    3. Add the sprouted Chickpeas into pressure cooker with water & cook for 2 whistles.
    4. Once gas subsides, Remove the skin of the chickpeas for creamy consistency(optional). Use as such too.
    5. Roast sesame seeds in a pan until slightly browned. Cool & add it to blender. Powder it
    6. Add 2 tsp Olive oil & grind again to smooth paste called Tahini.
    7. Add the remaining ingredients except paprika & cilantro. Grind it to fine paste. Add remaining Olive oil & little water at a time to make Hummus.
    8. Garnish with paprika powder & Cilantro leaves. Delicious Sprouted Hummus is done.
