    15. Get 1 tsp garam masala powder
    16. Make ready Salt as per taste
    17. Take 1 tbsp roasted peanut powder
    18. Make ready 1/4 cup curd
    19. Prepare Oil for cooking
    20. Prepare 1/4 cup coriander leaves for garnish

    This Dum arbi is very delicious and different then the regular arbi ki sabzi. Making dum arbi sabzi do need some time to make but you will love it surely. Arbi (Taro Root) can be made in various forms. Other than the traditional way of making Arbi, you can also cook Arbi by boiling and frying it with a gravy.

    Instructions to make Dum arbi gravy:

    1. First take arbi pieces, pur it into cooker.Add water and boil it until one whistle comes out.let it cool down and peel them. Keep it aside.
    2. For merination- take arbi pieces, add turmeric powder,coriander powder, dry mango powder, degi red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt. Mix all ingredients well. Keep it aside for 15 minutes.
    3. Now take a pan, add 1 btao oil. Add merinate arbi pieces. During until it become crispy. Keep it aside.
    4. Now take a kadai, add 2 tbsp oil. Add cumin seeds, then ginger garlic paste. Saute it for 2 minutes and add onion green chilli puree. Cook it until oil starts separates. Now add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder and salt. Then roasted peanut powder. Now add chopped tomatoes,cook until it becomes mushy. Then add curd. Cook until oil starts saprates.
    5. Add fried arbi pieces then aapne water. Cook for 3-4 minutes.dum arbi gravy is ready garnish with coriander leaves.
