The chutney taste is good when it isnot to soft not to coarse. Once it is done. Transfer to a bowl. For temering : Heat oil in a kadai. Fry leaves Few curry, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1 dry red chilly, 1 tbsp Oil. Saute it for few minutes.
