    1. Take 1 cup sugar, 3/4 cup water. Heat it on medium flame stirring continuously. Make 1.5 string sugar syrup from it. Remove from flame and let it cool a bit.
    2. Take Aamras, Besan in a container. Mix properly. See to it that no lumps are formed. Add little water and get medium consistency batter. Take 2 Tbsp luke warm ghee and add it to the batter. Mix properly and let it rest for 10 minutes.
    3. Heat ghee on medium flame. Pour the batter on a skimmer and let it fall by itself in the hot ghee. Forming perfect round shapes
    4. Fry on medium flame till crispy.
    5. Remove from kadai. Let it cool a bit. Add the bundi in Sugar syrup
    6. Delicious Aamras Bundi is ready to serve……
