    1. Add couple of drops of olive oil in the water with some salt and bring to a boil before adding the spaghetti, then boil the spaghetti until it is fully cooked on low heat.
    2. During this time, add the yogurt in a bowl and mix with the minced garlic, dried mint, and salt.
    3. Remove the spaghetti from the water and dry them fully, then melt some butter in the same container and add the spaghetti again and mix well with the melted butter.
    4. In a separate small pan, melt some more butter and add the pine seeds and keep stirring until they mix evenly in the butter and their color changes and darkens.
    5. Mix the spaghetti with the yogurt then scatter the pine seeds on top and season with dried mint.

    Plain whole-milk Greek yogurt is the best choice. In a serving bowl toss the drained Spaghetti with the yogurt, then add onion and garlic mixture and black pepper. At this point you could add chopped up fresh herbs. Depending on how you like it, you could add more yogurt. Combine feta, yogurt, garlic, lemon zest and juice, olive oil and half the herbs in a large bowl, then season with salt and pepper.
