    17. Make ready 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
    18. Take 2 tsp. brown sugar

    Add cabbage and carrots to skillet and stir; sprinkle with salt. Yakisoba is a popular Japanese street food and often found at festivals or outdoor food stalls. Yakisoba literally translates as grilled noodle. Most of the ingredients are available in any supermarket.

    7. Add the cooked noodles, rest of the sauce then mix well. Cook for 2 minutes. - Serve immediately. - Sprinkle on top some small pieces of Nori and toasted sesame seeds.
