    1. Boil spaghetti. Drain it's water. On pot take little oil add crushed garlic and fry until it becomes golden brown.
    2. Now add julienne cut capsicum cabbage soy sauce chilli sauce salt and black pepper. Add boil spaghetti and toss with all ingredients. Bring it to room temperature.
    3. Take onr egg and beat them until fluffy now add seasoning salt and pepper according to taste now add one portion of spaghettis and one table spoon corn flour (one egg one tbsp corn flour)..
    4. Mix gently now take a pan grease it with oil or butter gently pour egg mixture and spread it by rolling the pan when one side cooked properly flip the egg to other side carefully and cook until golden brown.
    5. For extra richness you can add slice of cheese and freshly cut tomatoes and basil leaves in this omelette. I cut heart shape. You can adjust quantity of egg as per your serving style.
