    1. Keep a big pot for steaming or dhokla steamer on flame with water. - Mix all ingredients together, when water starts boiling add 1-2 tsp ENO fruit salt and stir well, pour on a greased small thhali, sprinkle chilli powder. - keep for steaming till done. - when done cut squares
    2. Garnish: - make vaghaar/temper of mustard, cummin seeds, sesame and green chilli flakes pour over two tablespoon grated coconut little sugar and salt then sprinkle on the dhokra squares with chopped coriander leaves.
