In a plate take paneer, grated carrot, cornflour, salt 1/4 tsp, add chopped chilli, pumpkin seeds 1 tsp and chopped coriander leaves mix together and pour the mixture in a microwave safe bowl cook for 4 minutes in a microwave at 100% power. Then remove and cut into slices.
