Wash vegetables, and cut the bottoms of the brussel sprouts and remove outer leaves
Cut vegetables (not the squash!) into bite-sized pieces, halve or quarter the brussel sprouts based on size.
Cut butternut squash in half, and place in glass baking pan. Add a small amount of water and cover with cling wrap. Microwave for 10 minutes.

Add brown sugar to squash (or to taste)
Season with Old Bay seasoning and garlic salt. Top each one with a slice or two of lemon. Arrange the frozen mixed vegetables around the fish, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Season tilapia with salt and pepper and place on a small baking sheet. Mix together butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest then pour over tilapia.
