    4. Place crabmeat ball in between your hands and press lightly enough to form patties. Add to skillet. Cook patties on each side for about 6 minutes or so or until golden brown on each side.
    5. Drain on paper towels
    6. Serve with a salad and remoulade

I did add old bay, used a little extra crabmeat and rolled them lightly in bread crumbs mixed with parmesan cheese because I wanted to seal in the flavor and wasn't sure if they would stay together properly without.
