Inside the pita, foods like hummus, tahini, pickles, vegetables, and even french fries are added. Think of shawarma as a taco or burrito Middle Eastern style.

    3. Prepare shawarma bread or store-bought on paper or aluminum foil
    4. Spread fillings on Shawarma bread…… Stir fry, cabbage, cucumber, sliced sausage, add mayonnaise and stir till combined.
    5. Add 1/2 hotdog(s) to each set……. forgot to take pictures thenceforth
    6. Roll-up and grill in a pre-heated oven for few minutes.
