Take boiled potatoes without removing skin and cut them from between into two equal parts. Now scoop the middle part from between as shown in picture and keep them aside.
For marination—–take a bowl and add curd, corn starch, cumin powder, oregano, red chilli flakes, schezwan sauce, ginger paste and salt in it.
Now take the scooped potatoes and put them into the marination mixture and let them be marinated for one hour.
For stuffing, take a plate put grated paneer, corn, chopped mushroom, red chilli flakes, oregano, processed cheese, chopped coriander and parsley leaves,chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, salt and butter in it and mix them well.
Take out the marinated potatoes and fill the stuffing mixture inside the scooped part.
Now spread mozzarella cheese and sliced olives above the stuffed potatoes.
Apply olive oil on potato boats and on baking tray as well.
Now put the potato boats in a preheated oven and bake them at 180 degree for about 12–15 min till the cheese melts and turns into golden rusty colour.
