Take 3 cubes cheese
Get 3 tablespoon fresh milk cream
Take 2 tablespoon tomato sauce
Prepare 2 teaspoon sugar

Instructions

Boil water in pan put some oil and salt once boiled, add pasta and cook till al dein te(just done) strain and keep aside
Chop onions, carrot, capsicum, garlic, grate tomatoes and keep ready
In a kadai, heat olive oil, add garlic, once its slightly brown add onion and cook till done, add capsicum and carrot cover and cook till both are tender
Add grated tomatoes and some salt cover and cook till tomatoes are cooked properly and everything starts coming together, now add black pepper, chilli flakes, herbs, tomato sauce and mix nicely add some water and mix nicely
Add fresh milk cream and sugar and mix, add grate 1 cheese cube in sauce and mix now add boiled pasta and mix
Add some water and cover and cook for 5 mins so pasta absorbs sauce flavours.
Remove lid and grate 1 more cheese cube add oregano, add some olive oil and give it a nice mix.
While serving put in plate and grate some cheese, it will melt on top of pasta and give it creamy texture serve enjoy๐
