    Season with salt and pepper and bring to a simmer. Return meatballs to pot and cover. Drain the pasta, reserving about a cup of its cooking liquid. Toss the pasta with the herb sauce and most of the remaining herbs, adding the reserved liquid if the mixture seems dry.

    2. Mix sausage, egg, onion, bread crumbs, cheese and milk in bowl. Shape sausage mix into 18 meatballs and place on baking sheet.
    3. Bake 20 mins or until meatballs are cooked through.
    4. Cook favorite pasta according to box directions.
    5. In a large skillet, heat olive oil until hot. Add garlic and saute for 30 seconds or until golden.
    6. Add peppers to skillet and saute two mins or until tender. Add meatballs to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce. Heat through. Add pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with parsley.
