Cook ground beef with onion, drain grease. Add minced garlic & cook for 5 more mins. Then add taco seasoning & salsa, cook for a couple more mins. Set aside.
In seperate sauce pan add milk, cream cheese & sour cream, cook til cream cheese melts & whisk until smooth. Then add fiesta blend shredded cheese, whisk til that melts.
Now combine noodles, hamburger mix, & cheese mixture, stir until everything is mixed together evenly. Sprinkle with some more cheese if you like & place in oven at 350° for 5-10 mins or until cheese melts on top. Serve & enjoy!
